Dual-channel

It can work with two sensors simultaneously: allowing functions like sensor redundancy, mean value, differential measurement, or fallback if one sensor fails.

Performance & Technical Specs

  • Accuracy: For say Pt100 from -50 to +200 °C, error ≤ 0.1 K.
  • Measuring ranges: Very wide, depending on sensor type: RTDs up to about +850 °C; thermocouples up to higher depending on the type.
  • Power supply: Typical supply voltage ranges like 11-42 V DC for the head transmitter, etc. Slightly different in SIL mode or in hazardous area versions.
  • Response times: Depends on sensor type and wiring (2/3/4 wire etc.). For RTDs about ~0.9-1.3 s, for thermocouples ~0.8 s, plus any additional delays of the internal reference or second channel.
